Who is Donovan Lewis? The Columbus Division of Police expressed that around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Donovan Lewis, 20 was shot while officials endeavored to serve a crime warrant at a condo in the 3200 block of Sullivant Avenue. The official who shot Lewis was recognized by Columbus Police as Ricky Anderson, a 30-year veteran of the division doled out to the canine segment.
