Bengaluru, Sep 30 (IANS) A Dalit youth has blamed the Karnataka police for third degree torment and wrongfully confining him for 12 days here.

Rajesh A, an occupant of RR Format in Ramamurthy Nagar in Bengaluru, has recorded a protest with the Central Equity of Karnataka High Court, the State Common freedoms Commission and the Bengaluru Police Chief regarding the occurrence, specialists affirmed on Friday.

He has stopped a grievance against Police Monitor Melvin Francis, sub-reviewer Shivaraj and other staff connected to Ramamurthy Nagar police headquarters.

In his objection, the young expressed that the charged police who got him constrained him to admit to an endeavor to kill case. “The seven police staff had gotten me on September 4 from B Narayanapura transport stand in Bengaluru in a vehicle and took me to the police headquarters,” he expressed in the grievance.

“Sub-Overseer Shivaraj stripped me and recorded it. Afterward, on the bearings of the police monitor Melvin, they took me higher up and whip me with wooden logs and cricket bats,” he asserted.

“On September 4, 5 and 6, I was given electric shocks on my reproductive organs. “They splashed pee on my body with their boots. My options and legs were limited. Sub-controller Shivaraj sat on my chest and went after my face with his boots,” he expressed.

“Following 12 days, I was delivered however they took steps to embroil me in misleading cases and shipped off prison assuming I uncovered anything about the torment.” The police, he said, additionally constrained him to sign on clear papers.

He was owned up to an administration emergency clinic and later chose to hold up a protest against the police. Be that as it may, the police division has discredited charges against their staff.

DCP Bhimashankar Guled expressed that Rajesh is confronting the apprehension about capture regarding an endeavored burglary case. The police have given him notice to show up for examination and he was addressed, he added.
